My passion is plants and insects found in my garden. I grow all types of plants, many to encourage insects such as bees, hoverflies and butterflies. I am an experienced gardener of long-standing, but my interest in photography has only really become a passion since the introduction of digital cameras. I worked with computers in London for many years so working with digital cameras is something I enjoy greatly.
I like to think I am a creative person so you will find images that I have created at
my portfolio website - some would call these images still life. I also like to take landscape shots and since I live in the countryside, this is an easy task for me, surrounded by beautiful scenery.
Lovely picture of one of my favourite hydrangeas (h. petiolaris). Green, pink and cream flowers on the same plant, speckled as if with crimson watercolour. Lovely. Thanks for posting.
